Winter in Atlanta, in the early part of 2018, was brutal. Snow days threatened our city (on the weekly) and cloudy gray days were the norm. At the turn of the season, we clung to the sunny days that began to peep out in early March. However, the almost below freezing temperatures outside tricked us. Despite the chilly weather, we decided to give it a go for an outdoor inspired styled shoot.
Thistle & Gold. The vision was a romantic green and rose gold theme; with touches of blush and white. For florals, we decided to curate a bouquet that of course included thistle, blush roses, and tons of greenery. This shoot spotlighted the bride, Savannah, in a vintage-inspired wedding gown from the Sentimentalist. Savannah was captured in two key areas; in preparation and at the reception. Lexi Scott captured all of the amazing details, from the bride's jewelry to the stationary, and a delicious wedding cake. It truly was a lovely shoot and I believe it was the perfect way to transition into a new season. Enjoy!
